Following the enforcement of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act 2024 (EECA 2024) by Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia, Registered Energy Managers (REM) are required to complete mandatory Continuing Professional Development (CDP) hours as part of licence renewal requirements.

We are proud to share the successful completion of our Pump System Performance & Energy Efficiency: A Systematic & Practical Approach training, held on 13–14 May 2026 at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.
Led by Ir. Kumarason S. Kandiah, an experienced pump system expert trainer, this training offers 16 CDP points for Registered Energy Manager (REM) practising licence renewal.

Yes! All Registered Energy Manager (REM) are compulsory to attend sufficient CDP carried out by a registered training institution
as required by the Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga).
For a one (1) year renewal, a total of 16 CDP hours is required, with each CDP equivalent to one hour of learning.
Yes! Sandhurst Advisory holds a valid Practising Certificate for RTI to Carry Out Continuous Development Programme for Registered Energy Manager and all the courses we offer has been approved by Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga).
